How long should children sleep?

We all know how important it is for children to get the right amount of sleep. It doesn't always happen, but if your child is getting 9-11 hours of sleep a night, then that's fine. If they don't get that much sleep, then you need to look for the reason and change their sleep routine and habits.  However, one of the key factors in getting a better night's sleep is the right sleep base, i.e. a mattress or mattress pad.
